Customer bits storage and materials management
Our Customers have exclusive access to our secure, proprietary online materials management system - Sicotte iManage. This easy-to-use web-based system allows our Customers to track and manage their inventory in our warehouse real-time via the Internet. This provides our Customers with the highest level of convenience and control, eliminating periodic static inventory reports and ensuring that Customers utilize their own inventory prior to making new purchases. Complete rock bit reconditioning services
We provide complete rock bit reconditioning services for our Customers. We pick up (or deliver) Customer bits from their field location for reconditioning. Our customers may also deliver their bits directly to our facility for complete evaluation and reconditioning. We provide the industry's most comprehensive IADC dull grading report on every customer owned bit that we receive into our facility prior to reconditioning processes. All aspects of the bit will be inspected by our experts, and the result documented in the dull report. The dull report can be delivered to our customers by fax, or electronically, upon request.

Customer bits scrap
We will pick up scrap bits from our Customer's field location. After completing and documenting our evaluation, we recycle the bits with any proceeds donated to a charitable organization of the Customer's choice! This is a no-charge service, and is part of Sicotte Drilling Tools' commitment to health, safety, environment, and the community. Read more
